High level solution design for Cloud Architecture

I’m working on a project to implement a multi cloud management SAAS platform for a startup. The startup has AWS, GCP and Oracle as its Cloud Platforms and this new solution will act as a service to enable us to visualise, manage, optimise and automate all the cloud environments. The service does this by gathering data related to all the cloud services we use I.e AWS, GCP and Oracle into a centralised platform and then provides us with analysis, recommendations and trended reporting on cost, usage, performance and security.
What I need is a very simple High level design for the proposed architecture Showing various integration points from AWS, GCP and Oracle Cloud into the proposed solution. I also want to see how User accounts will be pulled in from the various platforms into the solution. Note that we use AD for managing users directory. This will enable us to see and monitor connections between the platform and our environment to ensure that we are pulling in the right information for account set up etc. I hope this makes sense.
Please can I ask that this diagram be done in MS Visio. However, if you have another web based towing we can use then that will be welcome as long as I can access it.Project Type:One-time project
