Developer needed for integrating with SAP Ariba

    Job details:

    Looking for developers who can help us integrate with SAP Ariba.  The integration will enable the SAP Ariba users to send the agreements/contracts for electronic signatures from within  SAP.

    Functional Requirements :

    - As a SAP Ariba user, I will be able to send documents for signing through MSB.
    - As a SAP Ariba user, I will see a call to action- SIGN with MSB in the opportunity section.
    - When I opt for it, it will ask me to attach a document, where SAP Ariba will take the user to the screen where MSB document templates will be fetched and selected. OR a new document is uploaded. After the successful upload of the PDF, this document can be sent for signing.
    - Once I have successfully attached the document it will ask me to proceed and when I proceed, it must open the MSB login screen to authenticate the user, if I am not already logged in.
    - On successful authentication, the attached document will open in  the MSB compose page where I will set the workflow to send the ePak/documents for signing
    - As a SAP Ariba user if I am attaching a PDF form filled document then the data in the opportunity field will map to PDF form fields names (assumption- the name of the opportunity fields will have to match with PDF form field names)
    - As a SAP Ariba custodian if I send any document for signing through MSB, when the signing gets completed in MSB the updated document will attach back to the same Opportunity in SAP Ariba
    -As a SAP Ariba custodian when signing gets completed in MSB, the PDF form field data will get updated back to the Opportunity fields in SAP Ariba.
    - When the Signer views the document for signing a notification is sent to the SAP Ariba user for the activity performed. Hence the MSB must have the capabilities to send the activity triggers and SAP Ariba should show the same in the opportunity section
    - The documents sent from SAP Ariba must have a flag through which MSB can pull out reports on the number of documents coming from SAP Ariba for signing to MSB



    Pre-requisite:

    -Ready to sign the NDA
    -Clear communication
    -Must pay attention to details
    -Must have experience in  SAP Ariba

    Acceptance Criteria:

    - must have done a successful workday integration
    - All functional requirements should be met as per UI and FRS shared
    - UAT Passed by MSB
    - Knowledge transfer of the project and training
    - Timely Completion of the project
    - Must provide the technical design document and other supplementary documentation, if required
